I have been in home improvement since 2004, and for most of those years I was an owner-operator. I grew my own franchise to six locations across four states, and I built the one call close that was rolled out across the national franchise system, to franchisees in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
Today I sit down with owners and sales leaders, learn how their floor actually sells, and we build the system around it. Twenty minutes is enough to see if it fits.
